Shocker and Hydro-Man are back with a simple plan - rob banks and kill Spider-Man!
Things aint going great for Shocker and Hydroman. They lose their jobs (?!), and their credibility as villains is quite low. Therefore, they decide to perform a big time crime, and get some fame and fortune.
